Open the calculatorHow GLPKit works, and who it is for
GLPKit is for adults who are taking, or thinking about taking, a GLP-1 medication for weight loss. The tools turn published research averages into plain numbers you can plan around, such as a realistic weight loss range or a daily protein goal.
- Pick a tool. Each calculator covers one question, like weight loss over time or daily protein.
- Enter your numbers. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server or stored.
- Read the range, not a promise. Results are estimates built from trial averages, shown as ranges because real results vary a lot from person to person.
- Take it to your doctor. Use the numbers as a starting point for a conversation with your own care team.
GLPKit is run by a small independent team. We are not doctors, and this site is not a substitute for medical care. Read more about GLPKit and our medical disclaimer.

Our first guides are the published dosing schedules from the FDA approved labels, set out week by week: how each medicine starts, how the dose steps up, and what the label says about missed doses. More plain language guides, on food, side effects and plateaus, are being added in batches.

What is GLPKit?
GLPKit is a free set of GLP-1 tools and calculators for people using medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound. It helps you estimate weight loss, plan protein and fiber, and understand costs, using published clinical trial averages.
Are the GLPKit calculators free?
Yes. Every tool on GLPKit is free to use, with no account and no sign up. The calculators run in your browser, so the numbers you type are not sent to a server.
Where do the estimates come from?
The weight loss estimates are based on published average results from large clinical trials, including the STEP 1 trial for semaglutide and the SURMOUNT-1 trial for tirzepatide. Each tool page explains its method and links its sources.
Is GLPKit medical advice?
No. GLPKit is an educational tool only. It does not give medical advice, diagnoses or dosing guidance. Always talk to your own doctor or pharmacist about your medication and your health.
Which medications do the tools cover?
The tools are built for GLP-1 medications used for weight management, including semaglutide (Ozempic and Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound).
